To enroll in the program, you need to have purchased a KLIM product. You will then be able to enroll following the instructions below:
If you received a Loyalty Card number with your product, simply enter it in the field at the start of this page. Then, login to your KLIM Technologies account, or create it if you don’t have one already.
After logging in, verify your card details and claim your KLIM Coins. You are all set now!
If your product did not have a Loyalty Card number, please write to [email protected] and add your order number or proof of purchase to receive your number.

Our cards are sent within a black envelope included in each product. However, some older products may not have the card yet. Worry not! write us an email to [email protected] indicating your order number (if purchased online) or an invoice/receipt (if purchased in a physical store) and we will help you.
No, unfortunately the KLIM Coins are not yet recognized as an official currency and cannot be exchanged for regular currency. They can only be redeemed for products purchased in the KLIM Store or used on other specific promotions.
Yes, unused points will expire 365 days after they were added to your account. We will send you a reminder 2 weeks before they expire.
