• lediglich weitere Farben wären noch schön: weiß, transparent, blau-transparent (wie bei anderen KLIM-Modellen)

Ich kaufte mir zunächst den KLIM Nomad, weil ich v.a. im Auto Musik von CD hören wollte, denn ich habe sehr viele CDs (>1300), die ich nicht erst alle auf MP3 konvertieren und auf mein Handy oder einen USB-Stick o.a. kopieren möchte, v.a. wenn ich mich spontan für eine CD entscheide.
Im Verkaufstext stand, dass, wenn es Probleme bei der Verbindung des CD-Players per Bluetooth mit dem Auto geben sollte, der Support mir helfen würde. Im schlechtesten Fall, wenn es also nicht klappen sollte, könne man den CD-Player zurückgeben.
Wir haben ein sehr modernes Elektroauto mit vielen digitalen Möglichkeiten. Und so klappte die Verbindung des KLIM Nomad mit dem ORA Funky Cat leider nicht.
Ich kontaktierte darauf den sehr hilfsbereiten und hilfreichen Support von KLIM und es stellte sich heraus, dass es keine Lösung für den Nomad im ORA geben würde.
So bot man mir den KLIM Discover (der trotz mehr Möglichkeiten auch noch kostengünstiger ist, was ist das für eine Preispolitik?) als Ersatz an, allerdings gab es diesen noch nicht auf dem deutschen Markt. Einen Monat später bekam ich dann den KLIM Discover und die Verbindung im ORA funktionierte mit dem verbesserten Bluetooth und per FM-Audio-Frequenzen tadellos in unter einer Minute.
Ich bin sehr glücklich mit dem KLIM Discover, er lässt m.E. kaum einen Wunsch offen.
• KLIMs Super Support incl., einen besseren Service habe ich noch nie gesehen/gehabt: engagiert, sogar am Wochende (!), immer auf der Suche nach guten Lösungen mit dem Kunden, sehr kulant und entgegenkommend UND last but not least: sehr freundlich/nett und humorvoll. Das hat richtig Spaß gemacht, mich mit der Supportmitarbeiterin auszutauschen.

For those that still have CDs, this KLIM portable CD player is great. The sound is really good for the price. It's great being able to relive the old days where you'd just sit and relax with your CD player player with you. The anti shock works well and the whold thing is easy to operate. Overall, I would recommend this CD player for its performance and value.
I like it. I did shake it alot while playing and it does have a good buffer. It even stops spinning for part of the song after it buffers then move smooth into the next song. The headphones are terrible. And tuning the radio is slow and it doesn't seem to remember. Maybe I have to poke around a bit more. Once I connected to speakers it sounded great. I like the card slot could be handy in this modern world. A large mp3 player but options right
The KLIM Discover is a well made, full featured small cd player. It does not feel quite a solid as another player I have from KLIM, but does appear to be well made. It has a rechargeable battery, aux out and a card slot. It is programmable and records to an sd card with a single click.
The blue tooth connection is solid and the player is skip-free, the sound is very good. It comes with a semi-hard shell case and a set of ear buds. I have been impressed with the quality of the equipment I have gotten from KLIM, and think their cd players are the best portables I have found.
