Ordered the KLIM Chroma/Blaze bundle for my new PC build. I was in the middle of moving when I ordered so I didn't have a chance to test the products. April 27th I finally got around to building my new PC when I realized the mouse was not functioning properly. Messaged KLIM support and told them my issue, and within 2 days I had a new mouse delivered and it is working fantastic! Their customer service alone will make me a repeat customer, and the keyboard and mouse have been a pleasure to use.
It does everything it claims to do and feels solid and not cheap. The light up colors make it a little more fun but the best part of not having cords everywhere! We haven’t noticed and delays or glitches and it works great for call of duty! It was packed very well also! Turns out a coworker has this same keyboard set and loves it as well. Definitely recommend!
Sometimes you buy for yourself, only to have someone else appropriating it for themselves. Sadly this was the case here. My son-in-law took it for his machine. Between his gaming and cad work he loves it. He was most impressed by the fine pixel tuning for the cad drawing. Looks like I'm buying another for me!
the keyboard has a place to store the usb fob when not in use -- why didn't they provide something similar for the mouse? that'll be a pain to store.
didn't realize this is a rechargeable unit which, while nice to save on batteries, not sure how i'd feel if it suddenly stopped working and i hate to wait until it recharged.
the mouse is responsive. no complaints there. the keys felt very plastic-y to me and I didn't care for the noise they make when touched. I prefer a softer touch keyboard. Colors are fun.
I love this keyboard and mouse! I’m an accountant and not a gamer so when I was looking for a keyboard I wasn’t really looking for a keyboard that lit up and a mouse that had all the extra buttons, for me it was about the keys. I don’t care much for a keyboard with the flatter keys which is what I was finding a lot of, so when this one became available the keys looked just right so I picked it.
Upon opening the box I noticed a small black envelope. When I opened the envelope there was a fold out with a funny story about how the product was made just for me! I won’t post it because I want to save the fun for the buyer to see. Great addition by the seller though, brought a smile to my face!
Day one of using this keyboard and mouse set and I immediately love it! They keys are soft to the touch and so quiet when you type. The space bar seems to be the noisiest, it does click a little bit compared to other keyboards I’ve had it’s still not bad. The battery life lasted a full 10 hour day of me working with no problems. Both the keyboard and mouse come with separate charging cables so when the batteries do get low you can charge them at the same time. I’ve noticed that both automatically shut off when not in use after so long to preserve battery life, just click a button on either and it comes back on. Nice feature!!
The only thing I didn’t like about this product for use other than for gaming, was that it has a separate dongle for the keyboard and mouse. I’m used to one for both. Luckily I have enough spaces for both.
Overall, I love this product and the lights, although it wasn’t anything I needed for my use make it more fun! I would highly recommend this set for gaming or just everyday use!
