KLIM Technologies is looking for a new Remote Affiliate & Influencer Manager.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Manager to join our team. This role is integral to expanding the reach of our successful Amazon brands by executing massive outreach campaigns. You will work remotely and report directly to the CEO, with a primary focus on identifying and collaborating with affiliates and influencers who can amplify our brand's presence and drive sales profitably.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Conduct extensive outreach to potential affiliates and influencers to promote our Amazon brands.
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies that align with our overall sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns and influencer collaborations, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to promotions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or a similar role.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive campaign performance.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying and engaging potential affiliates and influencers.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing outreach campaigns and tracking results.
- A passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:
- Starting at 2000 USD, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
