What are your duties and responsibilities?

With over 8 figure growth in Europe in the last 2 years, KLIM is ready to launch its products in North America. This should deliver upwards of 10M growth yearly, led by the Amazon Account manager – NA.

 The job in a nutshell :

 I have just told you about the 10M growth opportunity in North America. Obviously someone is going to need to do the work.

 This is where you, the Amazon Account Manager – NA, steps in by:

1. Improving on the account plan with direct contact to the CEO and the Amazon account manager

2. Implementing the plan to drive traffic and conversion on the product listings

3. Delivering the business growth

 The job comes with total freedom to draw the plan and execute it. This is not the typical “needs to be approved” by 50 people type structure.

    The job of Amazon Account Manager NA would suit someone with a real marketing flair who understands Amazon and wants to really create something legendary for the company and himself. But will also need a solid brain to analyse quickly what works and what does not, where are the quick wins and low hanging fruits that you can grab to deliver a ton of value rapidly.

    Amazon Account Manager NA MUST be at ease with numbers and large amount of data to see what is good and what is bad, what works and what does not.

  • High energy

    Amazon Account Manager NA MUST have a ton of energy to do all the heavy lifting himself and resolve problems when they come up. This will be a recurring issue with Amazon – solving a lot of problems with very little support. You need to be ready for this.

  • Risk taker

    Amazon Account Manager NA MUST be able to use his analytical brain to understand the situation and more importantly make decision. This is not a hide and seek job. This is a proper make decision and stand by it job. Risking a lot of money in the process will be part of it.

And about the conditions?

Location

You can choose to come to our head office in Chiang Mai, Thailand or do remote working. Or a mix of the two.

Compensation

  • 30 000 to 40 000 EUR depending on profile
  • 20 days of paid holiday, and there is a generous paternity and maternity scheme in place.
  • Aggressive pay-rise policy: 2 per year, so 1 every 6 months (upwards of 10% at each pay rise).
  • A yearly bonus based on company’s performance.
  • Discretionary budget of 1500 euros to cover for your IT and your L=learning expenses and gift your friends and family.
  • The full catalogue of KLIM products.

Working Hours

There is no fixed schedule, you make your own. You can expect a 40-hour weekly workload.

Bonus

Once a year there will be a company retreat, most likely on a South East Asian island or in Europe, all expenses (accommodation, flights, activities, etc.) will be paid for.
